Initial Consultation
$210 1.5hr

Your first consultation with me takes about an hour and a half, which gives me time to listen to your whole health story and learn about what symptoms are bothering you. I ask heaps of questions to understand your health goals and how your different body systems are impacting each other. For example, how your gut health could be affecting your immune health or mood. I may also conduct physical assessments to help identify areas of imbalance and perhaps request blood tests. After your initial appointment, I research your case and develop a personalised treatment plan, which is unique to you and addresses your specific health goals. This research time is included in the price of your initial consultation.

2nd Consultation
$95 45min

Your second consultation is where we go through your personalised treatment plan together. I explain my holistic understanding of your health picture, what’s happening to cause your symptoms and most importantly, what we’re going to do about it. I provide my theories of the underlying cause(s), or recommend further testing to help find this out. I may also refer you to a medical practitioner for further testing. Your treatment plan outlines your health goals and then details how we will achieve these goals. Recommendations include herbal and nutritional medicine, together with dietary and lifestyle modifications. Treatment incorporates evidence-informed strategies together with traditional knowledge and targets the underlying causes, as well as providing symptomatic relief.

Follow up Consultations
$80 30mins
$100 45min
$130 60min

Follow up consults are for monitoring your progress, keeping you on track and helping you stay motivated. I recommend regular follow ups every few weeks, or every month, depending on where you’re at in your healing journey. If it’s just a brief check in then 30 minutes is perfect, but if there is a new symptom or change to your treatment plan, I recommend 45 minutes. If it’s been quite a while since we’ve seen each other an hour may be required. Please contact me if you’re unsure what length of consultation you need.

How I set my prices.
My prices are based on a combination of qualifications, years of experience, and common market value. While price fluctuations do occur, these are held to a minimum and only occur yearly (if at all).

Why am I telling you all this?
Because like everything in life, unexpected changes can occur and we can find ourselves in trouble financially. In these extraneous circumstances, I can offer reduced rates.

My mission is to help people and I hold this principle above all else. If you’re experiencing financial hardships reach out to me and let me see how I can still help you with your health needs.

Why Choose Naturopathy- the rundown

There are many benefits you can receive from making an appointment with a naturopath. A naturopath will offer a holistic treatment program and draw upon a range of complementary and natural medicines to help you address your illness and regain your health.

The benefits
If you are seeking an alternative treatment plan to conventional medicine or are just looking for a natural way to boost your health and wellbeing, a visit to a naturopath may be the answer for you.

Naturopathy offers a holistic approach to health care
Holistic medicine is a mode of healing that addresses the entire person including physical ailments as well as any mental or emotional issues. A naturopath offers treatment that focuses on the root cause of the illness rather than just the overt symptoms. After identifying this cause, the illness will less likely return once treatment has stopped.

Naturopathy is a natural medicine

A naturopath will recommend a treatment plan that will draw on the body’s ability to heal itself. Treatments are natural, safe, and gentle and can be personalised to suit the individual needs of the client. A naturopath may use herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, dietary and lifestyle advice, homeopathy, flower essences, iridology and a range of other modalities to comprise a treatment program. Naturopathy uses a natural care philosophy, meaning it does not share the same side effects of conventional medicine. In general, a naturopath can tailor make a treatment plan to suit people of all ages and backgrounds and achieve beneficial results.

In sickness and in health
You do not necessarily need an illness in order to visit a naturopath. If you are healthy, you can visit a naturopath to gain a full picture of your health. A naturopath will be able to recommend lifestyle advice or perhaps supplement and or herbs to help you maintain and encourage good health.

Conditions that a naturopath may be able to assist with
Naturopaths are able to treat a range of conditions and ailments. They also have a focus on educating the patient to make healthy lifestyle changes. A naturopath can assist with:

  • Allergies

  • Arthritic conditions

  • Asthma

  • Back pain

  • Chronic fatigue syndrome

  • Constipation

  • Depression

  • Digestive complaints such as irritable bowel syndrome and ulcers

  • Hypertension (high blood pressure)

  • Menstrual and menopausal problems

  • Migraine

  • Skin conditions

Naturopathy as alternative medicine
Naturopathy is growing in popularity as an alternative medicine that people are turning to when conventional medicine fails to produce beneficial results. A naturopath will follow a similar course to a GP and will take a detailed patient history and perhaps a series of laboratory tests to confirm the diagnosis. They will, however, have a different perspective on the way they view the presenting condition and the body.

We can help find a resolution to health problems, often ones that are long-standing using evidenced natural medicines in conjunction with traditional Naturopathic tenets, namely:

  • supporting the innate vitality and healing capacity

  • treating the whole person

  • removing any obstacles to cure

  • ameliorating the cause

  • fostering prevention

  • doing no harm

  • empowering people through teaching
